Wishes Granted Polynesian Getaway

A cocktail fundraiser to benefit the Wishes Granted Program of Catholic Hospice. Catholic Hospice has implemented a new initiative called ?Wishes Granted.? The program?s mission is to allow our patients the opportunity to live out their last wish, whether it is a special dinner with a loved one, a birthday or anniversary celebration, outings to area attractions, home repairs, or even a spa/beauty day. Funding for this program will allow us the opportunity to fulfill the fondest wishes of those facing the final phases of their life. We also hope to provide the family of the patient with special memories of the day their loved one was granted their final wish. With the generous support of our community we intend to make it our goal to ensure that all unfulfilled wishes are granted. Please help us make our patients final wishes come true!
